Jamie Miller Chief Financial & Operating Officer
Jamie Miller serves as PayPal’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer. She leads PayPal’s global financial operations, including corporate accounting, corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analytics, investor relations, and tax functions. Jamie is also responsible for operational processes and strategic planning at the enterprise level, working with PayPal’s businesses and functions to drive continuous improvement in execution, structure, and resource allocation.
Jamie brings more than thirty years of experience to her role with PayPal. She has worked across industries, guiding both public and private companies through dynamic environments and meaningful transformation. She has a proven track record of driving strong financial results, accelerating performance and growth, and instilling operational discipline—all while focusing on people, innovation, and simplification.
Jamie most recently served as Global CFO of EY, having joined to lead the separation and IPO of its strategy, tax, and consulting business. Between June 2021 and January 2023, she served as CFO of Cargill where she was responsible for all financial activities of the company and also assumed corporate strategy and business development responsibilities. Prior to Cargill, Jamie spent 12 years at General Electric, serving most recently as Senior Vice President and CFO where she led the stabilization and deleveraging of the company during a pivotal financial turnaround and executed a significant corporate transformation. Prior to that, she held various roles including CEO of GE Transportation, Chief Information Officer of GE, and Chief Accounting Officer. Earlier in her career, Jamie served in various leadership roles, including as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
She serves on the board of directors for Qualcomm, a multinational semiconductor and wireless telecommunications products and services company.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University.
