Amy Bonitatibus Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer
Amy Bonitatibus is PayPal’s Chief Corporate Affairs & Communications Officer. Her expertise in marketing and communications has taken her from the halls of Congress to the senior ranks of Wall Street and Silicon Valley. Today, she is responsible for protecting and enhancing the PayPal brand, amplifying innovation, and driving PayPal’s transformation story among its global employees and hundreds of millions of consumers and merchants worldwide. Amy manages a global team spanning internal and external communications, social media, employee engagement, media and reputation management, as well as social impact and sustainability across PayPal’s family of brands, including Venmo.
Most recently, Amy served as Chief Communications & Brand Officer at Wells Fargo where she developed and executed the strategy that reshaped Wells Fargo’s reputation among customers, investors and media - following one of the largest crises in banking history. Prior to Wells Fargo, Amy was at JPMorgan Chase for a decade where she held senior marketing and communications positions, including Chief Communications Officer of Chase and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the Home Lending business. Earlier in her career, she managed strategic communications and media relations at Fannie Mae, was deputy press secretary to Senator Hillary Clinton, and served as the communications and policy director on several congressional campaigns.
Amy holds a Masters of Policy Management and Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University.
